El piloto del MAPFRE Aspar Team,Jonas folger arrancará mañana desde la 4º posición tras realizar un gran clasificatorio, su compañero de equipo Eric Granado saldrá desde 24º posición.
Hoy ha tenido lugar la segunda jornada de entrenamientos libres y los clasificatorios en el Circuito Ricardo Tormo. Las condiciones atmosféricas han sido muy buenas por lo que los pilotos han podido rodar cómodamente, mejorando notablemente los tiempos de ayer.
La clasificación de Moto3 ha estado muy reñida ya que todos los pilotos han podido marcar tiempos muy rápidos. Finalmente la pole ha sido para Alex Rins, seguido de Luis Salom y de Maverick Viñales, Folger ha conseguido rodar en 1'39 pero no ha podido meterse en la primera línea de salida, mañana partirá desde la 4º posición. Folger deja claro que mañana intentará ganar la carrera para acabar la temporada de la mejor manera posible. Por otra parte el piloto brasileño Eric Granado ha mejorado tanto el tiempo como el ritmo respecto a la sesión de ayer y mañana saldrá desde la 24º posición.
Al finalizar la QP ambos pilotos han realizado las correspondientes declaraciones:
Jonas Folger ha dicho que la QP de hoy ha sido dura y ha estado muy reñida. Los tiempos han sido muy rápidos y por eso una 4º posición es un resultado positivo. Ha admitido que mañana le espera una carrera loca y salvaje y que intentará formar parte del grupo de cabeza desde la salida,ya que aspira a regalarle un podio a su equipo en la última carrera del año.
Eric Granado por otra parte ha declarado que al comienzo de la clasificación le ha costado coger ritmo pero que luego ha tenido buenas sensaciones y al final se ha quedado un poco estancado. Confía en que mañana si arranca bien podrá remontar ya que la moto ha funcionado perfectamente y eso le da confianza.
